Philip Hunt Antique Replicas has been established for 40 years.

Under the control of the proprietor, Philip Hunt, the business has established a reputation for the production of high quality replica furniture. The formative years have seen the business focus on the U.K and European market, however during recent years contacts have been established with clients within the United States which has resulted in a large percentage of turnover being directed through the U.S marketplace.

Our Furniture

Our skilled workforce creates a full range of replica furniture to suit a wide variety of tastes. A feature of our business is the ability and willingness to deliver bespoke pieces of furniture to individual clients.

Additionally, the creation of prototypes for our clients to test new markets have served to further differentiate Philip Hunt Antique Replicas from its competitors. This has been of particular interest to our U.S clients.

New designs are continually being created from our clients' drawings and our workforce are always keen to embark on new projects. We are specialists in the creation of shaped furniture.

The furniture is made from a combination of old and new woods, always using high quality materials, hand picked veneers, oysters and marquetry panels. Certain pieces are made from restored carcasses, although there is a move towards replica pieces made completely from new wood as these are better able to cope with the American climate and air conditioned environments.
